This is the Clutch Bearing to replace the worn one in your Hillbilly Golf Trolley Clutch. They are reversible so one will do either right or left hand side.
The process is simple.
1) Remove clutch (4 screws)
2) Find a socket or punch the side of the bearing the hammer out the old one.
3) Hammer back in the new one.
4) Attach the plastic clutch onto the trolley.
